1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included in the return.
  • The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Please note: Opened or used electronics, cameras, lenses, and accessories are eligible for returns only if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@pixelflexhato.net or call us at (541) 747-7442. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Once you have the RA number, pack the item securely and return it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The steps are as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a store credit for the amount.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened electronics: Cameras, lenses, and other electronics that have been opened and used are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Custom or personalized products: Any custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery). We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. To process the return:

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you first return the original item and then place a new order. The process for returns and refunds will be the same as outlined above, and once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

7. Refunds on Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: If you return an item, the shipping costs you paid for the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product or a defective item).
  • Free Shipping: If you received free shipping on your order and return the item, the original shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
